Patrick Woodward talks to singer and songwriter Stuart Townend about the Christmas Story, from three passages: Luke 1 vs 46 55, Matt 2vs 9 – 11, and Luke 2 vs 8 – 14.

Firstly, Mary, who wrote a worship song, the Magnificat, who was she? She accepted the words the Angel spoke to her and gives us an example to follow in how she reacted.

Secondly, what was going through the minds of the Wise Men, travelling to find and worship a baby bringing gifts with them. Should we bring gifts to God in our worship?

Stuart Townend shares with Patrick some of his background, how he became a Christian, and how his interest in worship began. What is Christmas like for a worship leader – will it be a break for him?

For many people, Christmas is all about material things, so how can we keep Jesus central?
